Quality To Price Ratio - LCD TV

Ok if you are anything like me, you desire a massive 50 inch TV with 1080p quality, HDMI ports coming out of every crevice and of course a sweet set of speakers.

For practicality purposes lets assume most people will seek a bargain 32 inch TV. With that I present to you the JVC LT-32J300 model TV.

In my opinion this is the best TV in its class with the best overall ratings across the board. Additionally, it is the least expensive of its kind and carries with it a solid reputation for reliability and overall enjoyment. If you are in the market for a new TV under $600, look no further.  Techonweb.com offers the most competitive price I can find on this unit without being scammed into buying something refurbished. Check it out!

Travel - Russia, Japan, Hong Kong????

Gas prices are once again sky high this summer (dam economists) but airlines still need to keep people traveling. I highly recommend scarfing up this deal from Singapore Airlines. For those not familiar, these guys have onboard guest rooms (although higher priced) and claim to host the most luxurious jet experience one can ever taste.

So if you are sick of the kiddy pool on the roof deck of that dump you call a studio, check out these destinations and take off this summer.

My advice, avoid the communist countries!

Timbuk2 Bags - Buy one!

Given the fact that I have gone through several laptop bags (some good some bad) I would have to say Timbuk2 is the way to go. Reliable, sturdy and just plain awesome. If you are a real fanatic and have deep pockets you can customize your own bag at their website to best suit your needs. You might want to stay away from Pink - Yellow - Pink combination if you are a banker going into a meeting.

My vote would be to check out The Sports Basement (Timbuk2). They have some aggressive prices and most of their bags include the should strap pad ($15 extra on Timbuk2 site). That is where I bought mine.

Hot Buy - $299 Laptop

If you are in the market for a cheap laptop, this is a steal.

If you are a web surfer who needs a reliable machine, this is your answer. Although I am a fan of Mac and OS applications, I admit this is a deal.

Take that $300 you saved up for your dads Rascal fund and treat him to a tool that will give him access to tweeting, skyping and everything else you would never want your Dad to experiment with.
